Zalin Grant

is our editorial director. His rather odd first name is pronounced zay-len. Zalin volunteered for Vietnam and served as an army officer. He is a former war correspondent and journalist for Time magazine and The New Republic, and the author of five books. A multi-linguist who has written from fifty countries, Zalin once drove a VW camper on journalistic assignment from Singapore to Paris--22 flat tires!
